Dai Sun Jewellery Co. Ltd. (DSJ) encourages to building a happy workplace for staff. Starting from 2013, DSJ had taking part in the Happiness-At-Work Label Scheme organize by Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and Hong Kong Productivity Council. In 2014, DSJ become the Happy Company again, this award recognize our commitment toward to improve the staff happiness level at work.

During the “Happy Post” interview, Mr. Terence Shih, Chairman of DSJ said the company needs to sincerely treat the staffs and respecting them are the ways to stand out from the industry to be the Happy Company. Besides, he believes the staffs will try their best to repay this Happy Company.
