DSJ’s Diamond Quote and E-Shop aim to provide a security and enjoyment e-platform to all users, users are strongly recommended to read through the following terms and conditions completely to protect your own interest. DSJ reserve the rights to modify those terms and conditions, or any policy of the website. The amendment will be effective immediately once the modification is posted on the site without any notice. Once the users using the DSJ e-platform, it supposes the users are agreed to restrict by these terms and conditions. In case the users do not agreed on those terms and conditions, please stop using the site.

Diamond Quote

User can get the quotations through the Diamond Quote system. As the prices show in the Diamond quotation are only for reference, our accounts manager will contact the users shortly to confirm the price and introduce the details of product once the quotation had been sent to the user. After the full payment is paid, we will proceed the order and finish it around 6 weeks, user can pick up their product at our office or through our free local delivery service. Oversea delivery is also available but charge.

Normally, the quotation will remain valid for a period of 7 days from the day issued. We reserve the right to modify the price, terms and conditions of the quotation after 7 days, however, we will try our best to remain unchanged but not guarantee. Beside, all items shown in the quotation are non-refundable.

E-Shop

E-Shop system provides a convenient way for users to select their jewellery. Users also can make the payment through the system by credit card. The product can be collected after 3 working days at our office or through our free local delivery service. Our accounts manager will contact the user shortly for the further.

We are always willing to provide accurate information in the E-Shop, however, some errors of data (Including price) may be shown. All the rights to correct any error on the website are reserved by DSJ. If there is any error about the pricing, we will contact the user shortly. User can choose to cancel and refund the order or pay the difference between the actual and charged price, we are apologize for any inconvenient caused.

Product and Pricing

If users cannot find their desirable jewellery in Diamond Quote or E-Shop, users are welcome to contact us or come to our office to explore more items. In addition, we offer one time free engraving service for rings and bracelet, two times free sizing service, and unlimited cleaning and repairing service (stone damage or losing is not applicable) for all items.

“14 Days Refund Guarantee” (Only applicable on E-Market)

DSJ will offer the “14 Days Refund Guarantee” (Start on the collect date) to those users which placed in E-Shop. We would accept the items with original condition, packaging, invoice and laboratory report (If applicable). Damaged items and which show sign of wear are not accepted in this program.

Information on DSJ

Product pictures on the site are for reference, the products may not correspond exactly to its pictures on the site. The display of the products may depend on the computer monitor the users use and its setting.

We always endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions shown on the site. However, we do not guarantee the descriptions are complete, accurate and reliable.

Trademarks, Service Marks and Copyright

All the contents on the site including but not limited to company logo, trademark, all text, design, images, photographs, illustrations, icons, video clips, audio clips, written and other materials are the property of DSJ. Those contents are strictly prohibited for use in any form including, without limitation, distributed, copied reproduction modification, and or up/downloading without our written permission. DSJ is serious about any infringement of intellectual property. We reserve the right to take the legal action to deal with any infringement in order to protect our intellectual property.

Third Party Content

The site may provide links to other website that are not monitor by DSJ. We have no control over those sites. DSJ is not responsible for the accurate, complete, and liable for loss or damage caused of link sites, use of those linked sites by user is their own risk. We also not responsible any comment or content related to DSJ or its products uploaded by user or third party.

Termination

DSJ may terminate the user’s access right without any notice if the user conduct may or believes is in violation of law, or harmful to DSJ or third party. In addition, DSJ may take legal action for those users’ conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construe in accordance with the laws of HKSAR. The court of competent jurisdiction will settle all dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity.

Others

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday are not consider as working day in these terms and conditions, all the time and date are refer to Hong Kong Time Zone.
